CBD is short for cannabidiol. 

CBD or cannabidiol is the second most prevalent active ingredient of the cannabis plant (marijuana). CBD is derived from the industrialized hemp plant (the cousin of the marijuana plant). While CBD is one of the hundreds components of marijuana, by itself it does not cause a “high.” According to a report from the World Health Organization, “In humans, CBD exhibits no effects indicative of any abuse or dependence potential. 

CBD can contain up to the legal limit of 0.3% THC.  CBD made from industrialized hemp with up to the legal limit of THC does not get you high.

To date, there is no evidence of public health related problems associated with the use of CBD.” 

All 50 states have laws legalizing CBD with varying degrees of restriction. While the federal government still considers CBD in the same class as marijuana, it doesn’t habitually enforce against it. 

In December 2015, the FDA eased the regulatory requirements to allow researchers to conduct CBD trials. Currently, many people obtain CBD online without a medical cannabis license. The government’s position on CBD is confusing, and depends in part on whether the CBD comes from hemp or marijuana. The legality of CBD is expected to change, as there is currently bipartisan consensus in Congress to make the hemp crop legal which would, for all intents and purposes, make CBD difficult to prohibit. 

At Third Day Hemp the source of our raw material is "industrialized hemp (CBD)" not marijuana.

Our 99% CBD Isolate is pure isolated CBD. 

Full Spectrum products contain additional cannabinoids besides just CBD. There is an ongoing debate about which is "better," however, we take the position that CBD affects everyone differently so the product that would work best for you depends on your own makeup + individual needs . . . cause EVERY BODY is different. We manufacture products made with both isolate and distillate (full-spectrum or whole-plant).

We provide third-party analysis of our products.

Legally, we are unable to make dosage recommendations, but would suggest doing some further research at ProjectCBD.org. Linked is their Patient Guidance page, which has a wide array of information for using CBD, as well as recommended dosage. To that point, CBD effects everyone differently - both immediately and over time - so the product and dosage that works best for each persons needs would depend on the individual. 

We cannot make any claims on whether or not any of our products will show up on a drug test. 

Our tinctures and topicals made with pure isolate are 99% pure CBD and have no detectable THC. 

Our Tinctures + topicals formulated for humans + pets are made with a full-spectrum CBD oil + contain the legal limit of THC which is 0.3%. We are not legally able to make any recommendations or guarantees regarding drug tests on any of our products. 

If you are concerned about drug testing , we would recommend not consuming any CBD products and/or doing some further research at ProjectCBD.org, before making the decision to consume CBD. 

UNOPENED products can be returned within it 7 business days of receiving it, please see our Returns Process below.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for return, please email us at relief@3dayhemp.com before returning the product.

**Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened.**

Returns Process:

1) Email us at relief@3dayhemp.com ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within 7 business days of receipt. Unopened items can be returned to: Third Day Hemp, PO Box 6, Orange, New Jersey.

2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to relief@3dayhemp.com so we can keep an eye out for it.

3) Once we receive your package back at our facility + confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the cost of the unopened product + email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your statement.

4) Returns are only honored on products purchased from our 3dayhemp.com website. Products purchased via a retail location must be returned to the same store you purchased it from.

5) Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
